1. What operating systems are compatible with your system?
The RDP client can be loaded on anything from Windows operating systems including 9x clients, 2000, XP and handhelds running Windows CE/Pocket PC 2002 to Linux and Mac computers.
2. How long does it take to setup my computer before I can access your servers?
One of our technical support staff can normally have you up and running within just a few minutes! Like anything in the computer world it depends on numerous conditions such as your internet connection speed and speed of your computer.
3. What will I have to install on my computer(s), and what does it cost?
You will have to download and install the RDP client to your computer and any other computers you will be using to access your virtual network. This is part of the initial setup and one of our technical support team can walk you through this simple process. (Windows XP versions have the RDP client installed by default. No installation is necessary.)

There is no cost for the client. The free RDP client can be found in our download section.

4. What kind of connection must I have?
Any reliable connection to the internet will do. Depending on the amount of software you'll be using, even a dial-up account will do. Of course, the faster the connection you have (DSL/Cable), the better your experience will be with your software inside your virtual network.
5. What technology do you use to connect your clients to their applications?
We use a technology called Microsoft terminal services. Using the free Remote Desktop Connection client, you can access your virtual desktop from anywhere you have an internet connection.
